Tip of the week:
Drinking water can help flush out your system in a health way. Instead of trying to drink the suggested 8 or 8oz glasses of water a day try to take it in steps. This will help you to gradually build yourself up to the suggested 8 glasses.
Sunday: Drink at least 3 glasses of water this day
Monday: Drink at least 4 glasses of water this day
Tuesday: Drink at least 5 glasses of water this day
Wednesday: Drink at least 6 glasses of water this day
Thursday: Drink at least 7 glasses of water this day
Friday: Drink at least 7 1/2 glasses of water this day
Saturday: Drink at least 8 glasses of water this day
Practice this until it becomes a habit. It will definitely be helpful with some of your chronic systems as well as the medications you take.
